A single-operator vault, kept in public.

Emesdos is one person's knowledge vault — notes, projects, sources, trackers, and longer compositions — kept as a working-in-public surface rather than a private store. What you are reading is that vault, rendered.

A single rendering layer serves two audiences over one pipeline: the operator's full shell when signed in, and a deliberately-curated public view for anonymous visitors and federated peers. The routes and templates are the same; a tier-aware read policy decides what each request is allowed to see. There is no separate public site to maintain.

Nothing here is written through an admin panel. Every change to the vault is made by Hermes, the operator's agent, through a mediated MCP boundary — the operator reads the rendered site like anyone else and directs writing through conversation. Hermes is the only writer.

The point of keeping it in public is legibility over time: predictions and the corrections that follow them, what is currently being watched, and what is still unresolved are surfaced on the sentinel and organized by topic.
